Biasiotto is a family company that produces high quality still and sparkling wines. The family has over 60 acres of vineyards in Codroipo which yield Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Glera, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes. Production occurs in the heart of Prosecco. Throughout the four generations of family winemaking tradition, quality still stands as the foremost principle.
Pinot Grigio Venezia Giulia IGT CV
The bouquet features an elegant aroma of ripe pear, a notable fragrance of almond, acacias and “sambuco”. On the palate, it has body and is zesty, refreshing, with elegant minerally aspects, excellent nose-palate length and a delightful finish.
Merlot
Intense ruby red, with shades of violet. The bouquet features intense perfume of cherry, violet and red rose. On the palate, it is soft and balanced, tannic, harmonious in the contrasting feelings of warmth and freshness, equally full-bodied.
Cabernet Franc
Intense ruby red, with shades of violet. The bouquet features intense perfume of blackberry, blueberry and morello, with notable directness it recalls the smell of freshly cut grass.
On the palate, it is dry, fresh, tasty and full-bodied; it recalls berry jam, with an elegant tannic presence, well harmonised with a pleasant and persistent fusion of taste sensations.
Cabernet Franc Riserva
Intense ruby red, with shades of garnet.
The bouquet features hints of berries, surrounded by large spicy flavors.
On the palate, it is thick, full and elegant, with a fine tannin, velvety and intense flavor, expresses an impeccable quality evolution.
Canaja Rosso Venezia Giulia IGT
Intense ruby red with reflections of youth and genuine polyphenolic strength.
The bouquet features disruptive persuasiveness of spicy emotions, fragrant blend of vegetables, sensations of ripe fruits and a pleasant caress impressed by the passage in French oak.
On the palate, it is powerful and structured, able to unleash all the harmony and softness that are its characteristics, and warm in its balanced tertiary evolution. Wide, persistent, mature.

Pale straw color with a fine and persistent beading.
The bouquet features intense fragrances with aromatic and fruity notes of apple, banana and peach, but also with flowery notes and a complete sensation of softness and candour.
On the palate, it is slightly sweet but not sugary, fresh and soft with a pleasant finish and a delightful and characteristic aftertaste.
Prosecco Spumante DOC Extra Dry NV
Pale straw yellow with a thin, very persistent, perlage and a creamy froth.
The bouquet features intense perfumes with aromatic tones and traces of apple, pineapple and peach, but also a flowery aroma, especially of acacia and rose.
On the palate, it is soft, dry, an excellent balance of acids and sugar can be counted on as well as a good flavour/bouquet persistence. Its frankness underlines the characteristics of its territory and variety.
Spumante Brut NV
Bright, straw-coloured yellow, with a fine and very persistent beading.
Aroma: intense fragrances with aromatic and fruity notes of apple, pineapple and citrus. The intensity and evolution of the bouquet is highly note-worthy.
On the palate, it is balanced, dry, fresh, confident and typical.
